    Got the cat's room and such cleaned, the boss took pity and vacuumed the den.

    Have the grand daughters one is under the weather and thus not in school and the little one who is running around from what I'm hearing from up above.

    Well work is almost done for the day, time to go up over the stairs and see what kind of trouble I can get into.

    Good day to play Grandpa. I am thinking about projects like some bird houses for them to put together and paint. I bet they would get a kick seeing the birds move in. Do you know anyway to keep the squirrels from chewing the openings? I don't want to kill the varmints, just keep them from chewing the openings.

    I did what I could with the one ton cleaning today. I still can't get the brush in the exchanger tubes, and now I can't get the exhaust path covers today either. So, will have to do it again tomorrow so hubby can do the stuff that needs muscle. Hmmmpf.

    The other day I just dumped the ash bin and was surprised the furnace did not go into shutdown mode. I took my sweet time to dumped the ashes about and came back to a running furnace. It's designed to give me 1 1/2 minutes to shove it back in before going into shutdown mode. I finished the cleaning today while it was sunny and much warmer. I would like to do the LBT in the future but I need to know which one I should buy? Movie night tonight and will be watching Big Hero 6 with some brews.

    Yes, I own one of those. It works well. I'm looking for some sort of metal ring large enough for the bird, but will not fall victim to the chewing squirrels. I was told not to but the bird house on a tree. Rather, put it on a pole. That is a pita!

    Finished the one ton clean!!
    I got a second wind, went back at it and accomplished more of the one ton cleaning, dear husband got home work and used the %^#$%^&*() exhaust tube brush effortlessly :rofl: :lol: Not too much came out either. Its all put together and on start mode now. :rootintootin:

    Long, crappy week at work.

    Sick of the cold. Saw -16 this morning on my way to work. It was only -11 at home.

    Drinking beer now. I figure if I have enough, maybe I can pull a Rip Van Winkle and wake up when it's warm.
