Wanted! Nice Husqvarnas 66 Chainsaw

I need a good looking and preferably running Husqvarna 66 chainsaw to fill a hole in my series collection . Any lead or help would be greatly appreciated !

 

No 66 but I've got a very low hour 61 that's been collecting dust. I believe it's a 1998 saw, all orange. Only husky I've ever had that starts and runs on the second pull WITH the choke on. I'm always stunned, you husky guys know what I mean.

If it's something that may fit the bill let me know, it's not pulling its weight around here, kind of a backup for the 262. I'm really wanting a 50cc class pro saw that would get used more..hint hint 346xp

I see you have a 61 in your sig so mine probably doesn't interest you. I will be sending it down the road soon, hopefully to one of the good guys on this site.

So folks know what a 66 and a 61 266 just wont do. There is a reason for a 66 from a collectors stand point. That I am not and sent this 300th one to Finland to a collector.

Just so you know $200 plus shipping. You should be able to get a lesser 66 cheaper.

I will let you know if I find any too. Good luck on your search. To me that is the fun part.

That 162 is running great ! I love it ! Unfortunetly my property is waaaay off the road... And i cant even get to my wood the last month But what i did get to cut...she performed better than i had imagined ! You da man !
I have started to collect this family of saws... I plan to run em all a few times a year... With my newer Husky 545 doing the grunt of it ! Ive now got all in the series except a 66. Your warning has come true.... But i guess ill have to be patient !
I was actually gonna call you soon about something with 3 wheels.... And something else that cuts wood !!!!

keep me posted josh, still gots lots of saws, and will be needing to move a wheeler or two this spring, if it ever gets here!............

If he would have knew me earlier I could have made it way easier on him finding a 66.
