Darn cold here, way too cold to do much. Went out and got my hair cut and beard trimmed up. Then to Lowes. Too windy to go anyplace else. back home and feet up. That fire and my hot cop of coffee sure is nice!

I would get the extended hopper but it looks very high to load a bag up and in.

Those bags are heavy enough to lift up to the hopper now. The top of my p68 is too hot to set them on so I can tip them in. I have to straddle them on the edge of the open hopper and slit the bag down the side. Next, I'll be dumping them into pails and then pouring the pails in. I do this now when my arthritis is shouting at me. Even with oil down, I have no intention to stop burning pellets.

I don't have to fill my hopper often as husband does most bags, but I have been using your technique of putting the bag on a kitchen chair, then tipping the bag sideways to pour some into a light mop bucket. Thanks again for practical common sense Larry!

that is the way to do it. I turn one corner of the bottom of the bag outward hanging over the bucket, then slice the corner off with a box cutter. It pours out into the buck with no effort. When half the bag is empty, or what ever amount your want, has poured out, Just pinch off the corner and slide another bucket in place.

My wife and I really enjoy the kind of heat that comes from pellets. I never understood what people were talking about when they said its "different type of heat". Now I do and like you said, even though oil is cheaper and it might be cheaper to run the good ol oil eater, I won't do it! I'll never look back unless an emergency.

Feeling cooler in here tonight than usual. I turned the eco65 up. I cannot find why, the wind is calm, which is a rarity!

Checked the windows and doors, all closed and locked. I think its the "laundry room" that is scheduled for demolition this summer, freezing & thawing........ No worries, started a load of laundry and the dryer should heat it up quickly if I am right. Not tired so far :) I closed the bedroom doors and turned up the tonight show!

got about 15 inches last night , went to try to get in to work roads not plowed yet, normally no problem, but for some reason my 4 wheel drive would not lock up in my silverado so i "wrecked all the way in to work this morning"

working with a short staff today , some of my techs have not been able to get in yet due to the snow so we're just grinding it out.

Doesn't sound like a fun time Mike. You take it easy on the messy roads. Meanwhile take a look into Q/A on those PAHs will you please.
