Picked one of these up while I was out today. Once I get it installed the blower should turn on automatically when the stove heats up and back off once it's cold.
I figured I was going to fudge it a bit, but it turns out that the thermodisk is actually made for my stove model!

The only thing I'd worry about is that I need to shut my blowers off when I reload. Did you retain the regular on/off switch?
And if you are not happy with the settings,a good adjustable snap disc is about 20 bucks.Have one on my vent free heater in basement.
I"m curious, but why do you need a blower on your stoves? It seems like you add more heat to the room in the beginning, but rob future stored heat in the stove when the coals die down. I know on my soapstone, using the blower doesn't allow the stone to give off heat later in the burn. It sort of negates the benefit of the soapstone. Please excuse the question. I am not trying to troll, but more so trying to understand the benefits. My blower is sitting on the shelf in the garage.
We use one because the stove is not in the room that we are typically in, but the blower is pointed in that direction. It can cut 30-60 mins from the time that we are waiting to get warm.
With the T-5 it is a convection stove and to get good heat distribution the blower helps immensely.. If it's mild I do not run the blower to reduce heat output..
