I've played with mm's on 7900 mufflers and they don't do anything for performance...just makes them louder.

I bought a diamond coated cutoff wheel from Lowes branded as a Dremel. It is very thin and hasn't broken like the fiberglass reinforced wheels do.

Thats what I've heard but the main goal on this MM was to get rid of the SLR system. And just getting rid of that lightened the saw bye .2 lbs. Lol

If double D I can show you where to buy for $7 and under. ;) Nate told me the 6100 used DD on H side so I picked up a whole set.
So now I got extras of spline and D.

20150206_160218.jpg 20150206_160207.jpg Just eye balled the demisions but they work. The shorter one won't clear the cover but the longer one does. Lol. Back in business. I sent you a pm hedgerow.

EPA has gotten pretty tough on those screwdrivers. I think one of the papers I got said selling them could result in up to a $10,000 fine per occurrence per day. On the of chance they decide to go after you one fine could put you out of business

Dolmar doesn't put limits on the quantity you can buy but they make them so expensive you can't resell them. Jonsered on the other hand is still cheap but only let you buy 4 splined screwdrivers per year.

That's funny though. You can crawl on ebay and buy them. That is if those fit. I've never ordered one.

Thought I would throw a few sneak peaks in. Lol. Factory numbers. 165 comp, .025 squish with gasket. .015 without. Exhaust 106, 130-132 slant trans, 76 intake. When I get a little further I'll start the build thread.

On Stihl trimmers and blowers with the new style needles, a 4mm socket works. I had to shave one down to fit, but it works. Echo lets you have 2 tools a year.

On 372xt, the d shaped tool worked good, but that is a walbro carb. The 7910 still has a zama carb right?
