That's cheap as far as KMS-4s go. Especially if it runs.

The guy would probably be better off with eBay. Flint craigslist probably isn't the best place to sell something like that.

Forgive my ignorance but I have only known stihl, husky's and of course homelite and johnshred. But i have never heard of this brand never seen one till this pic. I guess they havent been used in my neck of the woods.

Speaking as someone who used to rebuild mazda rotarys,it would look good sitting on someone elses shelf.

    It's not really a 3 cylinder if it's a rotary. :D

I never knew a Wankel / rotary ever made it into a saw. Makes sense though, makes you wonder why rotaries didn't make it into more saws?

My guess would be longevity/reliability concerns. Pretty much the same reason they aren't in more cars.

Lets see.Very low torque at low speeds.Very poor eff, uses lots of gas for what it does.Seal problems(much better now).Hard to start in cold weather because of low compression.Fouled plugs.I could go on.However is a good design for a constant speed aplication such as a generator, speed changes wears them out faster.
