044/046 I will supply 1/16" thick gasket material for you to cut your own so you don't have to modify the backing plate.

Actually I don't know. Some crazy member asked for one so I made a few extras. I would imagine air flow and velocity is better. I'm definetly going to put one on my 056 mag cause they have horrible flow and filters.

 

Should be able to get a green weenie or a K&N filter to fit and not have the stock filters clogging.

 

Green Weenie? sounds painful.

 

That's what the west coast guys were calling those green filters that they run on the velocity stacks.

prell 73 a few issues, but can be done. I would have to make one shorter and 1.875" diameter so you could buy a K&N that has a 40 degree elbow. Also look at 3rd pic. If your carb has the snorkel on top you will have to get the older diaphragm cover like shown on the left carb.
