He obviously didn't pray hard hard enough.

It's really cathartic. That's all. Seahawks get a taste of what happened 2 weeks ago. Except they they did not handle losing like a properly coached team should.

True, but Wilson wasn't throwing to Antonio brown, jordy Nelson, odell bekham jr, or Calvin Johnson. It was Ricardo lockette. The bottom line is that throwing to the center of the field inside the 10 yd line is dangerous. With Wilson's numerous interceptions, and pretty bad overall qbr the last few weeks, it was a bad idea.

Lynch, or a qb keeper would've been a much smarter option.

one of the best Superbowls I have watched in quite awhile, very exciting game all the way through, unlike the yawner blowout last year
Hawks will be back in the playoffs next year, they have the majority of their key players locked up

I totally agree......that last play is going to haunt Wilson ...........Why he didn't hand the ball to Lynch for 1 yard run is beyond me.

Or maybe its just going to haunt me...Heh heh

Something is just not right about that last play ......Seahawks are too smart to make a risky play like that.

I am sure the truth will eventually come out in the wash.

It was a great game, but I don't think Seattle can hang on to the key components with free agency. They have to pay Wilson. They may try to keep Lynch, if he wants to stay that is.

SB teams have a hard time keeping talent. Seahawks lost key wr's after last year and it hurt them this year, especially that last pick. Maybe a better wr could've caught that for a TD?
The funniest thing was that before the game discussing receiving corps, I told my bandwagon Seattle fan brother that lives in florida that Ricardo lockette wasn't going to win the seahawks any Superbowls.

    Now that's funny.

I know, I saw that before the game started. I follow everything NFL related. :). Giving Lynch even more takes away from the rest that they need to sign.

That said, with all the fines lynch gets, he needs more money.
I don't get it though. He wasn't so shy, or reclusive in high school or college. Why he won't do media is beyond me.

Dubious play calling finally caught up with them. Was it Bevell, or Carrolls call?

    Isn't bevell leaving Seattle?

I don't know , but I do know that the Seahawks coaching staff owes their players and all of the Seahawk fans an APOLOGY, an EXPLANATION and the TRUTH for the most Blatantly stupid call of all time.
There is no excuse for what they did.........They are going to have to tell the truth at some point ,which will be interesting I'm sure. I don't know how they are going to pull this one off

That fight at the end of the game wasn't because of what it appeared....Those Seahawk players were upset with their own team staff for what happened and they took it out on New England.

Shame on Carroll and his staff and whoever else was involved in that call.

The fight at the end, I don't care what the reason is, but the game was over at that point. It was also uncalled for.

Coaches need to set better examples than that.
We'll see if Pete Carroll learned from this.

I agree that the fight was uncalled for and was inexcusable but can only imagine the shock and anger that was going through those players after seeing that inexcusable call.

Its one thing to lose to the other team but its another to lose by the hand of your own team from a completely avoidable and idiotic decision

But we won........he he he :)
