Yep. I tell everyone he is part goat. If it's on the ground, he's gonna eat it or at least try to. Vet said this was most likely from sinus drain surprisingly.

Seems layoffs are hitting many. My son got laid off last Friday and my best buddy has been out for 10 weeks. I hope everyone is able to find a good job... and soon.

Me too. I hate it when our pups are in pain. I wish they could talk to us, that would help on so many things.

Don't get me started on the layoff thing. Here's hoping things get turned around for all affected by layoffs.

Hang in there yooperdave! If they layed you off, they pretty much have to pay you unemployment. When I was let go, the employer wouldn't even return the state's calls regarding my claim. In the end I was awarded UI, but my former employer's actions( or inactions) delayed my payments by 3 weeks.

This is very true in most industries these days. I'd say more but I also work at a publicly traded company and words we say on the net can come back to haunt us.

Sorry Man. I know it is hard not to take personally if you do get laid off but honestly it usually isn't personal. Most managers I know hate having to lay someone off with a passion, it is really hard for them to deal with also especially with a group of people that you work with daily. It really stinks and I feel bad for anyone facing that situation from either side. I know some of my bosses at times were about in tears letting people go. It's not easy for anyone most of the time.

Hopefully you find something quickly! Wishing you the best!
