    They sell them at restaurants and markets. Yellow perch are very popular here.

    They are missing out. When I lived in Maine, they said the same thing about not eating them. IMHO, they are one of the best eating fish out there.

    A cusk, huh? I found one of those in a leg of a dock when pulling it out at the end of the season. I called it a burbot though. Probably the same fish.
