    Neighbor limited out on Lake Erie yellow perch last Thursday. Scaled and butterflyed. Outdoor deep fryer, Andy's cajun fish breading and a little Louisiana hot sauce. mmmmmm

    Perch is the best of the best when it comes to freshwater fish....walleye comes in a close second, almost tied with stripers......
