I did get some fresh fuel and fire up the Stihl today.. She runs strong! Great work MasterMech ! Need wood to test run the 555 :( Wish I'd had this when I got those big oaks a couple years ago! Hard to believe my 023 was able to cut those oaks that were around 24" diameter with a 16" bar!

I am a lucky man to be surrounded by good family and friends! Wood and pellet burning isn't just a hobby it's a lifestyle with the majority of the people being down to earth genuine people..

Sorry so late to the parade raybonz , just getting around to seeing your story. First off, your right, that's the longest message I've ever seen you post, lol. And of course the generous gift to an awesome guy. You deserve it Ray, your a well liked guy here, and you are recognized by others for your kindness. Now you just need to get a pic of you and your husky in action.

Thanks Darrin I say the same things about you having met you.. Truth is I don't have anything to cut at the moment that couldn't be handled by a puny Homelite lol.. I would need to figure out how to do video too as I haven't tried that yet plus I need a makeup artist to look my best in the video ;)

I hear ya Ray. I'm back to 11 hour days and this might be my last 5 day work week for the next month or two.

I am working straight through this weekend as well. Only 8-9 hours, but every day burns you out quick.

Sucks, but it pays the bills and keeps my CAD healthy. :D

I'd gladly work 12 hour days, burn up a 60 hour week in 5 days than work 7 days a week, 8 hours a day. That's just me!

    I would too....

But that is not an option. 8 hours a day, 3 shifts a day. 7 days a week. 52 weeks a year..

You can have my schedule.. Four 10 hour shifts an hour each way then home to do chains for 3 to 4 hours. Friday I am on call with one job and doing chains at home. Saturday Wife and I do as many as we can before lunch then she drags me grocery shopping. Sunday crash hard. 80 to 85 hrs is common place around here. I'm about to sell my chain business for more home time though and maybe drop to 60 hours a week.

I don't think anyone was counting the time worked at home. If that's the case...?
