I will see on the ash I put a bag in this morning.
its has to be better then the New England Wood pellets I bought.
anyone who reads this PLEASE DON'T BUY NEW ENGLAND!
I have tried probably 10 different brands of pellets and NEWP have to be the worst of them all.

Smokey gets his pellets from SIB in jay Maine. http://sibwoodpellets.com/About.php. Steve Barker owner. Also a bottle redemption center.
Steve delivers and put them right where you want them. You pay at the time of delivery.

I have purchased from woodpellets, com I got 6 ton of LGs from them in 2009 for $235/ton IIRC, I've purchased 6 tons from Steep Falls Hardware back in 2008/2009 for way too much, 4 tons of Cubex in 2010 from Southern Maine Renewable Fuel for $240/ton. Since then they have all been from Steve Barker at SIB in Jay.

Have you tried the lignetics yet? My P68 loved the ones I got in TSC bags at the beginning of the season! Would definitely buy more.

wow, when i looked in the fall, they did. now they don't for me too.

either way, their products were always over-priced and stuff i didn't want, so i never bought through them.

I picked up a bag today along with 4 more FSU's. The bag I got has the darkest pellets I've ever seen. The ones they had last week were a lot lighter in color. I'll clean the stove and throw them in tomorrow, but my expectations are low.

I'm just going by what I can see through the clear bag, but all of mine are the dark color. I'll try to post a pic.

Boys and girls, it is time for BBQ's, patio furniture, and gardening materials to be set out. I thought that had been explained so many times that even a Pellet Head finally got the message:faint:.

Your a tic early. Mid February is usually when they roll out the spring/summer junk. Course ours loaded up more on ice melt than pellets this season. TSC is the exception round these parts. They hold pellets usually til late April early May.

But a hoarder has no worries as I can go til next season if need be. I should carry close to 2 tons over to the 15/16 season! :p

Not really they didn't stock up too much on decorations this year and started putting the seed racks and some other spring stuff out. I fully expect that come groundhog day to see lawn mowers on the floor:heidi:.
