How do you get at the regulator?

I've got my fingers crossed that the bulbs don't get too bright and blow. A new Polaris regulator is ~$50. Contact cleaner is pretty cheap as well, and you can easily clean and reinstall or swap it.

It's right above where your right foot goes. Should be pretty easy, 1 bolt and a wire or 2.

We did 10 miles on the sleds this afternoon, the trails at the state park are the best, the trails on our property were great and the county trails in this area are down to the fallen leaves.........they sent a groomer up through which took away a good two or three inches of snow.

I left the camera at the house! :hair:

The lights were working fine, I will take it out tomorrow night for a quick run just to check them out again.

Good to hear. I'd still corn the contacts on the voltage regulator as a good measure.

After hitting the county trail for a few miles we came back to our property, the lock on this gate opened fine, we ran the trails on our property an headed out a different way......that lock was frozen (it's near the brook) since it wouldn't open we headed back the other way.

I'll bring some de-icer and some wd-40 with me tomorrow when we go for a ride.............I'll also bring the camera.

Backwoods Savage , I'm not sure why they ran the big groomer but they did today, this is the county trail we went over that goes through our property.

I'll get a picture of the trails on our property (not groomed) tomorrow, they are a little better.

We went for another ride this afternoon (later) the first three pics are from the state park down the road.

The last five pics are from our property, 0667 is a hill I cleared about three stumps from so we could run it with the sleds, 0668 is the big ravine I cleared in the fall, 0669 was the trail I cleared before hunting season and the last two are from when we were heading out.

We put on just over 10 miles, it's not much but it will have to do until we get more snow.

Yes, most of the trails need a chit load of snow so you won't damage your sled.

Headlights all happy and working properly? I think I'm going to hit the trails up north with my sleds. Gotta cut more wood this weekend though for the next couple of years supply.

Wow Zap, I'm envious of you and the Mrs.! I am glad to see you guys are getting some riding weather because we certainly ARE NOT!! I haven't even started my sled yet.....matter of fact the motor still needs swapped into the replacement chassis that Pete brought in from Michigan for me! I plan on doing that this weekend, if I can........should only take me one full evening to get it out and a full evening to reinstall it. We haven't had snow worth a chit this year......only around 18" total all season! I'm hoping we get at least one or two doozies before spring!
