No idea - it was at a GTG this past fall. Memory tells me most of what he had was Oak & Maple, but he had a lot of wood, so just about anything could have been in there!

It's a Stihl 090G. It has a 2:1 gear reduction so it makes monster torque. Probably looks different because of how much it sticks out in the front due to the gearbox. Although you said I shouldn't tell you, yes, it turned into firewood...

I dug these out of the back of a trailer full of chainsaw stuff. The top one is a 72", the next one is a 58", then a 50". For reference, the four on the bottom are 36". I ended up selling them because I really don't have any use for them. image.jpg

Does either of the 3 longest ones fit large mount Mac's by any chance? Hoping to get my tax refunds in about 3 weeks....:dex:

Yep. They all fit big Macs, but I sold them all to another guy a few months back. The two long ones had new chains, too! I think I still have a 42", though.

I'm working on a trade for a 50" to fit mid stihl/large husky. Just have to find something to pull it with.

If you're serious I recommend either the 285CD (a little older) or the legendary 288XPW (about the same age & a little newer). But if you really want to step into the big leagues than its the 2100CD or its 2nd & last version the 2101XP. :saw::dex:

I couldn't imagine having to actually use that thing to drop trees with... The flex borders on nuts, but if ya poked in on one side and worked your way across, I guess it could be done..
The mill should keep it relatively level...
    We hope..
