I found a 20 on the sidewalk on the way into McDonald's once. Waited around to see if anyone came looking around, but no one did. I splurged on a Mcflurry on that McDonald's trip
Found a cell phone once and found a girls purse one time . Located both of their owners. Found a lost dog once and found the owner after a couple of days driving around and knocking on doors. Gary
When I was around 14 I was walking between the river and the road at my parents and found a bunch of scattered manila folders that someone must have tossed out of a car (people often used that strip of road to dump their trash, which meant the next flood would take all their crap to our property). My camp is very remote . No houses 3-4 miles each way . 1 lane dirt rd. A couple summers ago found 4 aluminum rims in the weeds at my camp gate. The stud holes were all elongated. Next time I went to town cashed'em in at the scrap yard for $87. Found $100 worth of silver in a dumpster recently.
I found a $20 bill a few months ago. It was in the pocket of my Carhartt bibs that I hadn't worn since last winter.
