Worst I've done is lock my keys in my truck. Twice. On the same day

Luckily, after I had to break into my rear window the first time with a screwdriver since I didn't have a spare, I went to Walmart and got a spare made up and gave it to my responsible girlfriend. Little did I know it would come in handy hours later :D

Back in the 80's I locked the keys in my 65 Chevy pick up. I just reached up through the hole in the floor board and unlocked the door.

After I had picked up my new to me Makita saw, I was getting ready to use it for the first time at a neighbors. I unloaded the saw and put it in front of the truck, and then realized that my truck was probably too close to the tree I was getting ready to drop, so I got in to back it up. But I had to pull forward just a hair to back around some logs behind me, and after creeping forward a few inches I heard a "CRACK!!". Put a crack the length of the gas tank on the saw, and had to run home and get my Husqvarna and wait a month until I repaired the crack to try out the Makita.

    That is hilarious.

Also funny that her reaction to losing a day of pay is to go to the mall and spend money ;)

Just told a buddy about some stories here and he started laughing uncontrollably. Told me how his mom came home one day and did not notice the gas pump handle and hose sticking out of the side of the car, the station attendant did though. He had enough time to call their house and the whole family was waiting on the deck watching it flop as she drove down the street on her way home.

We had a similar story in our family. I think it was our mother, not sure but I was a kid, anywho they drove from our house to the gas station and the attendant asked if they wanted to drag the trouble light back home with them as well or put it in the car.  Someone had obviously been working on the car and .....

I don't remember the details, just the results. From the 70's, a fella was working on a steep roof and tied himself off to the bumper of their vehicle. Up on the roof he went, only on the far side from the vehicle. Yeah, you guessed it. Wife decided to go shopping while he was busy on the roof. Dragged him up one side and down the other and across the driveway before she realized it. Banged up kinda bad.

OK,true story.Guy I used to work with(from ND),his 17 year old sister went to the party spot, out of town and off main road(in ND).Sat there listening to tunes.Battery went dead(wrong party spot!).She said she could not get door locks open with the switches or the remote?Climbed in back(s10 blazer) and kicked out rear window and hiked up to main road.
