MWP is less than 40 miles from me and my local HD hasn't had them at all. Walmart had them early but I think they're out now. ScotL, the plant manager stated on the old site that TSC was their biggest customer, so I think most of their production is going there.
Never a shortage here. I lost count of how many pellet manufactures there are around here. Usually $200-$220 a ton for Doug fir pellets, year in and year out. Piled high this time of year everywhere here (north OR/Southern WA). Not many pellet burners out here, and gobs of supply. These things actually do grow on trees...
I have almost 2 ton in my basement of New England Wood pellets. and I can't wait till they are gone. HORRIBLE PELLET!
Well with all the pellets around this year I haven't even dug in to my stash for this year yet I have just been buying as I am burning.
Yeah, that's how they were around me. Although last look at TSC they had much less than they had all winter. But the dealer near me appear s to have more than they have had in a while. I have not stopped in to verify how much, but they have been putting pallets out front advertising pellets for sale a lot lately.
I was at HD & Lowe's today ,both had pellets several ton at each store nothing special Cheat River and Green Sup. and all the TSC have them too so I you need them you can get them nothing like it was last year at this time .
Yes, and I am sure they are. All these dealers have outrageous per bag prices so I don't really entertain that option.
