    Don't know what you wood call it. Its a non stick pan that sits on a heated base . It will actually boil water when set on high. Electric ,,, modified crock pot.
    Like this. http://www.walmart.com/ip/West-Bend-Electronic-Versatility-6-QT-Slow-Cooker/17463884 Slow cooker I guess is what they call it.
    Cream cheese black raspberry pie ! (low sugar as I'm diabetic ) HEAVEN !
