    Not that I know how or why it's done this way, but having a guy or two on top of the pile as you toss or conveyor more pieces up, they would be able to stand on the loose stuff in the middle and continue to stack the perimeter ring while moving up as the stack grows higher. A single ladder would get them down...or at least that how I'd do it...if I had to.:axe::handshake:
