It sure ain't fun anymore like it used to be. You would be surprised at some of the stuff I see on 81, this new generation of truck drivers can be worse than the cars today, I see truck drivers texting and talking on the phone almost as much as the 4 wheelers, just plain nuts I've had more close calls with them than I care to count. Not much courtesy on the highway anymore at all. Just need to stay on high alert all the time.
Ive seen the same down this way. Almost got run off of the highway by a semi not paying attention the other day
I've had a few scares on the Interstate too. Twice I even called 911 because it appeared the guy driving the truck was falling to sleep or else paying attention to something other than the road. There were some scary close calls and no, I did not pass. They eventually were pulled over. Then I passed.
Weird, never heard of the sauerkraut deal on new years, and we have Kraut's all over the place here in Wisconsin. Around here it's herring for the new years specialty.
