I received a Craftsman cordless one. When it is buried in wood, the battery vibrates out of it. Usefully tool to have though.

Oooo. Dat a nice one right dere! I used one of those types of saws when we were doing the project on my parents porch enclosure. Different brand, but nice saws. Soooo handy in the tight spots and when doing a remodel. Very nice.

I bet some duct tape would solve that problem. A bit Red Green, but it gives it character. ;)

I hold my hand over the end of the tool holding the battery in place by habit now. It was kind of surprising and frustrating at first. I am not offended to using duct tape though.

My boss is a real jerk. I'd quit, but then I'd have to do all the work myself.

I get Thursday off, from my regular job. My boss is making up the hours that he gave us off last week for Christmas.

Same here, thursday off this week. Everything retail seems to be open anyways on New Years Day, it's just a matter of time before it's just another day of the week.
The group that is protesting police brutality recently is planning a 'die in' in Boston New Years Eve during the celebrations in Copley Square. Not quite sure how this will turn out. It's a family type event and this will throw a wrench in the works, same thing happened at the tree lighting a few weeks ago.

I am low on seasoned hedge, so I hoard it by adding a small piece in with a few oak logs. Good for 14 hours or so.

Well, the whole family (the wife and all 5 kids) have had some form of plague for the past 3 weeks and I think I may be getting it. My plan is to drink enough moonshine tomorrow night that my body will become inhospitable for any type of virus/bacteria. Sounds like it should work, no?
