This guy has the coolest you tube channel, and I have spent a lot of time watching his videos. FYI he curses like a sailor sometimes so keep your volume down if the kids are around. Anyway he was making some birch syrup, and I thought of you! He heats his skinning shack with a Osbourn wood stove, and the main cabin with a Blaze King.
That was hilarious and excellent. Loved his accent and dogs and the how-to of the birch sap! Is he Canadien? What is that accent he's got?

The French Canadiens around my area, and my ancestors all put the "hey" at the end of every sentence. Hey?! (sometimes spelled like heh, but it is pronounced like hey. He talks in the video of the cabin about NWT and I think he may be up there someplace, but I dunno.
His name is Andrew, and he lives in the Northwest Territories of Canada. He lives in the town of Hay river, and every fall he heads out to his cabin, and works as a fur trapper. I believe he is a Abirgonial and lives off the land. I know he said in one videos, he only uploads youtube videos when he gets to town. I believe his cabin is along the slave river.
