Well that's it really since there isn't a blue oak . Got a load of red and white oak with dad yesterday.
Thanks guys! Im blessed to be able to work with my dad as often as i do. He owns 5 acres next to me but lives across town. We both heat with wood and process everything at my place. He loves coming back to unload the logs so he can see his granddaughter. You can see him holding her next to the trailer in the second pic. They belong to the farmer down the road and extended along the back side of my property. He's got a few hundred acres of blueberries and cranberries. He's nice enough to let us pick as much as we want when it's harvest time
Nice logs There is a blue oak though out in California. Now you have to make a road trip to go finish the trifecta
Holy cow, there is! . Guess a road trip to cali is in order unless the big brown truck can deliver one here
That's a good deal, the last time we went to a pick your own blueberry farm several years ago the whole family got covered with ticks wasn't a very good time, now we get our berries at the farmers market
Sure did Thanks! I worked for a tree service for a few years back around 2000. Learned alot back then, especially how NOT to do things haha.
