    Is that homemade hash? We've got a local breakfast place near us that makes some great corned beef hash :drool:

    I only recently discovered it too. Now I can't get enough!

    This is what we always use its good Ive found the trick is to let it sit in the pan for a while so it gets nice and crispy,
