Love making this one but hadn't done so in a while. My kids especially loved it and it was gone very quickly. image.jpg

Take two crescent rolls and lay them out on a sheet or stone. Pinch all the edges together to make one big rectangle.

In a pan fry up 1 doz eggs (seperate 1egg white and keep aside) add a little milk to the eggs to soften them up and fry until they are close but not done. Then spread the eggs down the middle of the crescents. On top put any meat you choose. Today I used bacon and ham(fried bacon bits first). But I have used anything from turkey to smokie sausages. Top with any chopped veggies you want and cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Then cut the remaining edges into 1inch slices and braid together. Brush egg white on top for a nice brown crust. Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes, but I never set a timer I just watch until it looks done.

Just caught this today and I don't have time to make something like this for breakfast. What a great idea! Definitely will have to try it.

Good stuff, I love sharing recipes and heating that they are enjoyed.
One word of advice they get soggy if cooked then covered and enclosed. I took a few to work and that happened. But if you can prep them and bake where you eat then you should be good.
