Cleaned the pellet stove out real good today. Then had an apparent auger jam. :picard:Ran out of time and had to take off to another Christmas concert at school. That will have to wait for a while.

I really need to research fresh beef. We have a lot of ranches out here that raise cattle. I guess I stereotyped in my head they were all under contract with monfort.... Been told fresh beef helps some health issues too, though I would want the extra fat added.

Adding an egg to burgers also provides some magic.... one egg to an lb of hamburger. I also like to add 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs, a little cayenne pepper and a little Chicago Steak seasoning (weber brand).....

Hello, eating "fresh beef" is kind of wrong.Basicly they are saying no chemicals, which is almost imosible. The charistictics of living a low compustion diet is a long term item,we are too old,do not worry about it,eat to make you happy, mix your meat to make you happy. The more wild meat you eat(over the slaughterhouses) the longer you will live, which is wh I try to only to eat wild animals that I shot.
