    Day 2 of fever, after spending a few days home with my son he lovingly shared it with me. I was sure I had it kicked until the chills kicked in at 4pm yesterday. I can't stand laying on the couch all day. I'll take some of the sharp cheddar if anyone has any left.

    Gotta' monster truckload of firewood on the truck that needs s/s,,gonna' move some wood around in the shed 1st,,,'cause I'm a sucker for wrestling firewood.

    Went down to one of the local lumber yards and picked up a trailer load of 2' x 6' pallets for the upcoming Red Oak C/S/S festival. About to get hit with a dose of freezing rain and wet snow tonight and tomorrow. Hanging right on the freezing mark with a pretty strong east wind which has a really damp edge to it. Not very pleasant out right now.

    Well it appears to be my turn... Sore throat started Monday and is slowly getting worse now with head congestion :(

    On the bright side, I may die of sugar shock before this cold gets me. The Mrs has baked 7 (seven) different varieties of Christmas cookies already and she is not done yet! The worst (best) are the chocolate caramel fudge bars.

    Only 2 more days ofwork to make it through then 2 whole weeks off.. Counting down.
