    Just roasted a batch of chestnuts on the hardwood coal bed of Ole'Betty. Sitting back enjoying the Buffalo/Packers game and the Pats/Dolphins game, munching away and drinking a favorite beverage. Ah...............ain't sundays great !!!!!!!!!!

    I quit following the Lions many moons ago as they were just the laughing stock of the NFL. If memory serves me, they have won exactly one playoff game since winning it all.....back in 1957. That is 57 dry years, minus one playoff game. That one was a dandy though when they beat the Cowboys. But then it was not long before they got rid of their coach and that also caused the loss of their best player. Sure hated to see him go.

    This guy gets it!


    This is precisely the reason I would not mind seeing them do well. I am a diehard Steelers fan but enjoy rooting for teams (in any sport) that have not won a title in ages. I would like to see the Browns and Chiefs get good too.
