No tape or rope to keep people out of the area? And she is apparently clueless to what is going on around her and walks right into the danger area. Let's see. Who was more wrong? Do you think the city or town would have been liable?

I've seen where people out walking have went right through barricades & taped off areas then stepped in freshly poured concrete sidewalks. And one time when working nights at a 8 story parking ramp remodel downtown some idiot government employee went the wrong way & drove right across one of our patches - both wheels on right side were buried almost up to the hubs,he kept spinning & finally got out. You could heard a few of us screaming at him from the street below....

unbelievable. I put it on the workers to be aware enough of the danger to make sure that chit ain't happening.

Inanimate objects are to blame for people doing the wrong thing.

This was definitely not in the U.S. The workers aren't even wearing hardhats or other PPE and there are only three of them. In this country there would have been at least 6 people supervising and all traffic would be stopped for 3 blocks around.

Workers fault. Where is the barricades?? It is there job to keep folk at bay. Besides half the people anymore have no clue what is going on around them anyway. All they do is text text text.

I especially like the way they put some muscle into trying to push the trunk toward the building.
    That was a good idea.
