Don't get up so dammed early, you think I'm going to be up at the crack of dawn so you folks will have an early warning system, it ain't gonna happen. It is hibernating season and the boss has to use the cannon to get me up early.

My canon goes off at 5:00 am and out the door by 6:00, 6:20 in good weather. No need to be one of the rushing looney's causing havoc.

If it gets cold tonight, All dis wet stuff could be a frozen popsicle come AM tomorrow. Could be another interesting ride in!!

Ahh going down a 500 ft driveway of sheer ice.... So worth it. Playing curb hockey with your recently purchased (used) Caddy, priceless. For everything else there is ICE SKATES. Top it off no one wants to buy booze today.

My butt doesn't get up until between 8 and 9 Am. No good reason. First thing I want is coffee! I usually don't go out until 11 when I go to the pool at the Y. Didn't go today. Can't risk falling.

We lucked out up here and got all rain-and ALOT OF IT. The town had a large grader equipped with a front plow blade and a side blade trying to open the culvert in front of the house last night. He was out there for almost 2 hours trying to get the water off the street. Thankfully I am uphill from the street.

Easy peasy ride in today. Besides some standing water on the back roads. No issues for me.

Glad that you lucked out, it has been a skating rink out there. The rain finally made it inland far enough that it changed over here but you still needed to be careful because water on ice isn't nice either. Still ice out there today and more crap is in the forecast. Some places in Maine were all snow yesterday and well on their way to 14+ inches.
