Doesnt look like branson is too worried about getting to those oakies buried under 1800 lbs of nort countries!!! His north countries are literally higher on the totem pole!
The Okies DF's will get burned eventually. They are part of last season's leftover stash. I couldn't resist the deal on the North Country's last spring!
Branson, that is a sweet stash! And Okie DFs to boot, you will be VERY warm this winter that's for sure! Thanks for posting the pictures, love it! Just curious, where did you pick up the NCs and DFs from?
Jay, thanks for doing the reviews on these as well as the La Cretes and Platinum Pellets, I truly appreciate the effort and quality you put into these! It's nice to be able to compare these against the tests you did a few years ago, and glad to see the formal results are standing up to the real life experience I have had burning them all. I swapped my friend a few bags of Vermonts for a few bags of NCs last season, and I will say the NCs are some of the best pellets I have burned. Very memorable. The wife likes to stand in front of the stove, with her back to it, basking in the heat. The NCs are one of the few pellets where she had to move (quickly) because they burn so hot! And of course that was followed with permission to buy them again any time in the future! P.S. If we ever meet, I have a variety of bags to hand off to you (look at the sig) for testing purposes - if you are willing to accept that mission. I would love to see some formal jtakeman reviews on a few of the brands in my stash.
Your lucky my doesn't fly straight or I'd have em in my stash already! (just kidding)!! I wish I had more time, I'd take ya up on that. I also wish I had more time to test. But its only spots here and there these days. Thanks for the offer though, Much appreciated! Don't be afraid to post some of your own reviews in the review area. There all welcome.
I got the Okies from Bentley pellets in Barre, Ma. The North Countrys were delivered by Crowley Fuel in N. Brookfield, Ma.
