LOL Well I never quite figured that out. I slice a 4 iron pretty good, figured maybe find better use at the wood stack than in my golf bag. I was trying everything to get my stacks to look as good as the ones posted here. 4 iron didn't help much, stacks now lean at the angle of the 4 iron, maybe need to buy a 2 iron. LOL I still have crocked stacks that only look good in pictures.
That's the secret !!! A plumb bob !!! !!THANKS !! I knew I was missing something, I though P'dave laser was the secret . Laughing, but I think you're onto one of the secrets I pound now & then too. Am amazed over a year how much they move. South side is the sun side, it show more cracking but never noticed it to shrink more. Seem to get fairly uniform drying with the space & good air circulation.
Just the 4 iron? I can get any club in the bag to slice. Or hook. I'm gooder at that too. Oh, and not on purpose.
They sure do move, don't they!? I have one stack that every time I look at it I think "how the heck did that get all crooked!?" I'm thinking don't sweat how straight and perfect you stack them, just Photoshop after the fact.....
