MMMM Venison Scrapple!

    Hominy yes. Have not had hominy in a while my neighbor sent home some that she canned. Haven't tried it yet.

    I see your close to where I am at, it is a small world. I am in in Carroll County about 10 minutes from the PA line in Adams County.

    So I started with 6 pounds of ground meat (4lbs venison, 2lbs pork) and ended up with 15 pounds of scrapple! I had no idea water and corn meal would add 9lbs to the equation! It's good though. Took me about 3hrs from start to finish but my cook time was longer since I did double of whats in the video.

    Looks good. Looks like you cook Scrapple like I do. Can't make it without breaking at least 1 piece.

    They say the trick is to dust the slices in flour--but I never had much luck with that, either. I think we are going up to Bucks County for breakfast...:drool:
