This one was built from the ground up.. New bearings and seals..

It was pretty beat up. Replaced about 90% of the saw.

I built it for a friend, that ended up wanting a 460. So we sold it, and bought him a 460 R.

I think they do. I think we have come to find that they dont make 046/460 tanks. Wait thats the same take right...so I guess thats a no? I dont remember if its the same chasis or not. Have to look. Paging an expert.

There both 1128 saws so I guess they use the same tank. So thats a no.

Well got it finished yesterday. Cylinder was in great shape, piston was too but replaced with OEM anyway. My small mount Tsumura, (Total Pro) bars are not in yet.

It's been a while since I tinkered on a saw for real. Grabbed this purty lil girl to replace the 50cc hole in my lineup.

Needs the obligatory new intake clamp, check. Just deleted gasket and squish shows 0.021" so I will seal her up tonight and proceed with the muff mod.

My project is to the left of the cat. I only do a little bit at a time. There is no way I would attempt to finish that in a short timeframe.
