    I posted over in the Firewood Neighbor but I thought folks over here might like to see it. Made in Rabbit Hash, Kentucky. Actually, if you go to the Firewood Neighborhood and find the thread "This Sucks". click on the stove picture and it links to0 some info about the Rabbit Hash Iron Works. Don't know why the link doesn't work here.

    I had some delicious rabbit hash recently in a small restaurant in Paris. I highly recommend it.

    I drove to town the other day, saw 2 smushed snow hares on the road, they would have made a lot of delicious rabbit hash.

    Well, here's where we ate: http://www.lechemise.fr/ Unfortunately, the dish we had is not on the menu right now. The rabbit appetizer was awesome. It was not exactly pate lapine. It was a cold dish of shredded rabbit meat with spices and a few vegies. Almost like a "tuna salad" but without the mayo. Just shredded meat, spices and a little bit of savory veggies. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.............
