Since I think I got my foot into the door when someone else started the Pellet Pig title I feel it fair I throw this out there. This is in no way an attempt to bully anyone but a way we can all learn from other stupid mistakes. So if you post a "mistake" we will deduct Man Points in the following manner

-15 for leaving the hopper lid / front door / or ash pan door open and you can not figure why the auger will not turn. ***No names***

-5 for not filling the hopper and letting it run dry on accident

-10 having the three position toggle switch in the on/off or high/low without a thermostat hooked up

-15 not checking the power cord and finding it pulled from the wall after cussing that the stove was not working

-10 not reading the owner's manual EVER

-20 Asking the same question that is already on the first or second page of a forum

-25 asking this question, "What is the best brand of pellets to buy?"

Feel free to use this as a rough draft. More can be added.

    Eric

I let the hopper run dry on purpose! I like getting whacked in the head on occasion. :p

    Ya need some + points.

+50 for answering the same question a different way at least 5 times in one day.

Come on Eric you can think of some more like,

+10 for not exploding when the same question shows up 3 times in the same forum page.

+15 for coming up with nice ways to tell someone to clean their blankity, blank, blank stove in February during a blizzard.
