OK people! I'm only missing one person's contact info so save for one they have all been sent. Everybody else should have received an email with their person.

As the random sort worked I didn't need to adjust for moderators getting moderators or duplicates from last year. If anybody is missing an email or you think a mistake was made please let me know ASAP. A PM here will roust my attention the fastest.

It is a lot of fun and a big honor for me being allowed to set this up.

A real big Thank You to all for participating!

Do we provide clues of sorts on how to guess?

Do we open on a certain day?

I'm kind of more excited about this secret Santa than the ones I do with the in-laws. Ok, not kind of, way more!!

There was a group consensus on this last year. I personally liked the way it turned out. Quite frankly I was quite amused watching people trying to figure things out. Guess that was part of my reward for organizing this. Regardless I leave it to the participants this year to decide how it should be handled. It is up to you guys.

But I'll lay down one or two other administrative rules.

First is we have a separate thread for posting that "my gift arrived". That will be how a giver can see that his recipient got the gift, that has to be relatively straight forward so that givers can know things got there. You need to post in that thread when you get your gift. Note I only said "get" and nothing about when to open or speculating on where it came from. How that is handled is up to you guys.

The second rule is there isn't one. I'm chief administrator and the only dude with list. If a second rule is needed I'll make it up when I have to. Otherwise I'll attend to the administrative duties and that is it from me.

    Party on!

    Then another thread is started...

Stating what you got, and your best guess as to who it was.. :) (AFTER Christmas)

Then, the person who had you, may come forward (or not, and you decide by process of elimination) ;)

My only problem to try and figure out, is that I have to fill out a customs declaration to send it to the states and the receiver is sure to know the origin............Not sure how to get around that one. Already tried to get one company in the states to send the item as a anonimus gift and they refused. Time is really short for me as snail mail to the states takes a couple of weeks including having the Customs service trying to justify their worth.
