I ran a piece of plywood when I did the mortar to eke the mortar straight. Then ran the edge of the drywall up against it . I need to back in and add more mortar now though where it didn't line up right.

Well Sean I feel like an odor now.. I've been following this of Facebook wondering what house you where working on. The hole time you had a thread on it.... Very very nice remodel right there!
Wasn't gonna' say anything Pete, but yeah, we've been noticing a little odor lately. At least now we know where it's coming from. You guys on "smartphones" need to spell check your spellcheckers.
I have a hard time not trying to correct the spelling. It can get rather amusing at times. Having just started using a "smartphone", I now know what kind of problems you have with spelling.
I can't help it, had to come back to this post for a 10 pm giggle. Pallet Pete what were you trying to type instead of odor?!? When I feel like an odor I just ask Gasifier if I can visit his dogs.
