Interesting. I would think that it had to be kilned to kill the bugs. I guess you can cook the bugs faster than you can cook out the water. (Or else they skipped the kiln entirely.)
Toss the whole box in the stove. If the name is not copyrighted, I want to market a branded dog pooper scooper. It would sound like fun using it.
The mold is an added "feature" or "bonus". We have a no return policy on products with added "features".

I've seen similar boxes and bags at our Walmart. The wood is always pretty low quality. That mold is nasty
But then they might get some bark on their trunk. I guess that would be ok, if I had a BMW I would enjoy vacuuming it
