    Rant kinda:
I don't know if anyone remembers but I bought a brand new dining room table a while back and have had nothing good to say about it. The first one had dings and obvious filler spots in it. The second one had a bowed leaf and now the third is going out of here too.:headbang: In the few months we've had it every chair has at least been tightened once. The "stain" job did not impregnate the wood and can be scratched off with a fingernail with no pressure and you can see a bunch of runs in the stain as well. We are not abusive to furniture I think this stuff is just junk. Needless to say the store knows as they are taking it back but I think I may even let the corporate office know on this one. Rant over.

Not here I guess I should have known better but I kind of just tell the wife if that's what you want.

Tough situation, the wives like what they see and want it. No considerations to the "made in china" stickers
or the craftsmanship 'we' can see.

We have stores around here called the Christmas Tree Shops, just about everything
retailed in those stores is made in China. It's cheap shopping with cheap stuff.

I guess you've never been in a Hobby Lobby - everything is Chinese junk and 90% of the merchandise is broken on the shelves:rofl:

I sent an email to the corporate office, nothing nasty just wanted to let them know they sell junk. I am even more disappointed because i got a very generic reply that to me basically said yea we know we sell junk but you have to take it up with the store. you would think they would remember from business school the rule of 13. For every 1 unhappy customer they will tell 13 people. With all the social media out there that becomes a way larger number. Grizzly Adam or any other mod is it ok to post the company name so no one else buys there junk?

That's a touchy subject...and as mad as things like this make us (I've got my own gripes in the furniture world, most of the junk is made on Chinese barges off of our past in international waters), I'd rather not be bad - mouthing any specific company in regards to their products on our site. Trust me, I feel your pain.......but it'll end up in a pizzing match......lol
