    Anybody do some shopping yet? I started way early. Last January when last years was fresh on my mind I saw something that I thought could make a excellent gift and I picked it up. Remains to be seen who I get but if it isn't a fit it can sit for another year. And no it didn't cost $42.88. I thought that was going to be easy to figure out, but if CAD is the only disease that you have you probably missed it.
