Finally struggled through how to post a pic of my nc-13 (when it was new) to be come my avatar. Took long enough, though. Now, to remember how the "H" I did it and I should be able to post pics!
Not to worry about that, for sure. Today was a good day for sure as I also finally figured out those new-fangled touch-tone phones!
At first I hated the idea of technology growing so fast, the flip phone I had 10 yrs ago worked just fine, now it's obsolete to the new smart phones. Then when they showed up I had to learn those. Just give me simple, I like simple.
It's comical that one of the phone call ringer tones in these smart phones sounds just like the old fashioned bell ringers in those old AT&T type 2500 sherman-tank telephones. You know the one, built so heavy and solid that you could throw it in a vat of acid and it would be fine but just dilute the acid. The original ringer sound is for folks like me who have trouble embracing new tech?
Would a hipster be someone who has undergone a type of replacement or is in some sort of ball and socket therapy?
I heard on the radio yesterday that Dusty Hill of ZZ Top had some sort of hip trauma and had to reschedule a bunch of gigs.
It's funny because just a couple of years ago I didn't even own a cell phone......I held out. All my forum perusing was done on the PC or laptop... Fast forward to the present, I rarely touch the PC or laptop. These smart phones are amazing.......
I am proudly running a "Flip-Phone 1" and a hand me down at that!!!! Then again I don't need to get at e-mail very often.
