Technically yes but you have to add a lot more oil to make a noticeable difference IME. I have run my 40:1 E10 "shop mix" in customer saws that normally see 50:1 E10 mix and seen no difference in tuning. Pour in some E0 40:1 and its a different story.
I sold a saw to a friend of friend... It got brought back to me because it wasn't running right. I had tuned it with 40:1 on a cool day. When I got it back on a hot day with 50:1 in the tank it only hit 11k rpm on my tach.
I avoided it so much, I actually used to mix in water to my gas, shake it up, and let it sit for a few days so it would seperate, then drain out the water and have non-e gas VP 94 fixxed all of that nonsense !!
