    Went to my moms house to help her out with a few things today. Cut up some ash that she had taken down a couple years ago. Got home, unloaded the truck, changed the oil in the truck, played frisbee with my daughter and enjoyed the 45 degree afternoon.

    Still not ready for this 'dark at 6 PM' chit though.

    I came home yesterday after a 6 hour swim meet for kiddo to no power! Always fun, which meant my game did not fully record. Dragged out generator fired it up got stove going/ direct tv fired up and saw my team win 37-0. So a few beers and poof power back on a few hours later! Fell asleep in front of stove. :like::fire:

    Sun is out and the weekend snow is melting. The tree blocking our dead end street was cut up and tossed aside (willow)
    We went to vote, and now it is off to the Y while the wife goes shopping. I think another storm is brewing up. My arthritis is shouting at me!

    Looks like we have some more rain coming, My knee and shoulder are aching. Hope its not snow!! o_O

    Been rather mild here the last few days. Stove has hardly been on except to get the morning chill off.​

    Bottling day here along with racking the mead day and stove cleaning day. Got the fruit trees and holly bush fences up to ward off the split hoof critters yesterday.

    Cold ,raw and rainy here today , got off work early:) , not much fun when you're cold and wet :( Got to get some new rain gear , it only lasts for a few years even the $$ gor-tex leaks after awhile.

    Hate the cold wet weather. Will start raing here again by evening. Was hearing gun fire close to the house this morning.
    That sets off my nerves so close to home. There is a power line to goes right by my house lot, all the land on both sides is posted. Doesn't seem to matter.

    Cold, rainy and snowy up north today. Came up this weekend to close the northern MI shack down for the winter. Saw some white ground and lots of snowflakes around Gaylord, MI today.

    Lake Huron is a bit angry today. It's hard to see in the pic, but the waves are about 3 feet. They're a lot bigger outside of the bay.
