    Glad it's done
Gonna miss it in a few days.
    17/18 wood is seasoning :)
No drying cracks on the ends of the splits yet,
The South (sunny side) usually show some drying signs first.
The shaded side gets the North winds.
(sun over the mts right now, so mts picture will have to be later in the day)

    1 months work
    I must be getting slower
I remember the days of carrying the big rounds to the old 73 F250 & getting
about a cord per day. :BrianK:

Now I have an ATV, trailer , log splitter, cant hook, take 2 saws, .
I like to think Smarter not harder but I sure am slower LOL :)

One things for sure, I have better wood now
The 3 year seasoned is amazing how much better it burns
than the 3 month seasoned stuff of long ago. :zip:

Awesome work as always. It would be nice if things got easier as we aged. As long as we don't hurt ourselves we are in good shoes...

    Dave,
Is the top different? I remember last year you had them leaning in toward each other. I like the way you have the top now.

Yes sir that's a job well done. Is that big pile the uglies or just overflow ?
I've got out the last couple days and cut a good half cord or a smidge more.....walnut, elm, sugar maple and hop hornbeam, sort of a mixed bag of some stuff that was leaning or standing dead.

If you keep that up we may be able to see that from the space station Dave.
