    I thought it was possible you were referencing the pellet burner of Dad's I mentioned yesterday, but it didn't seem likely.

    No but pretty close. It was a Fleet Farm special. I got it about 2 months before I found "the other site". I quickly realized that you dont dare mention certain stoves there! :rofl: :lol:
    Personally, I think its not too bad! It provides pretty good BTU's for its size. I will have to upgrade, but this will do for now.

    Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that I am also burning some silver maple too.
    Gotta love that yard maple! For such a lower BTU wood, it is hard as nails and heavy. Its good for supplementing the pine and holding a fire longer.
    Last night I had my first overfire of the season. I dumped heat quick and everything was fine, but I forgot to shut down the flue again, so all of the fires after that were pretty much useless. Lesson learned. :(
