Well, after 5 long weeks the Harman P61A is installed and blazing away! It hasn't been too cold the past few days but the stove has exceeded my expectations. It's installed in my un-insulated basement and doing a great job heating my work space and the floors above, the heat is actually making it up stairs as well. I' running the stove on "Room Temp" set to 70* and the feed at 4. I turned it down to 65* when I got home from work tonight, it's just too warm today and will be in the 60s tomorrow.

Nice looking stove & install. I'll be interested in hearing your thoughts later in the real cold parts of the winter with that stone/concrete/uninsulated area. Hope it works for you.

Nice lookin stove, And glad you got some horsepower!

A word of caution, The surface dwellers don't like us basement dwellers. So we formed our own club to help heal the hurtful wounds the surface dwellers cast apon us! You are welcome to join us troll's that hang in the basement. Lurkin by our stove, Usually with plenty of brewski's while we tend them. If you are interested in our club, Contact Gbreda(president) for more details.

I am a basement dweller, I have willed my stove to heat my home. Even though they said it could not be done! :D

Great lookin stove !! You are going to love the heat. Regarding horsepower, yeah you will need it with the stove/cement. I fight the same battle but my P68 wins that fight.

Regarding Basement Dweller, you already have recommendation from our founder! If you want to be included with the rest of us trolls, just ask away !!!!
