Heavy weight lifted. It could have been so much worse. There is strength in prayer. I thank each and every one of you.

just glad to hear she will be ok, Larry- maybe prayer doesn't always help, but it certainly never hurts......

Just read this Larry. Very glad to hear things have turned out much better than feared. I'm sure your daughter is relieved and you can now breathe easier too. A gooder outcome for sure... :)

Pellets are here and stacked!! I told my hired help to charge me by the job instead hourly, as he works sooo fast I felt he was being short changed. Nice kid, does alot of hardwork while caring for his 6 month old (full time dad).

Fired up the furnace tonight. It's supposed to get pretty cold and nasty tomorrow (high winds, temps dropping through the 30s, then snow). Figured I'd make sure things were good to go. That and I had an itchy trigger finger and just wanted the whole house warm. Probably will only run it through Saturday. It's supposed to get back into the 50s next week.

We're supposed to get that Sat. night into Sunday. Wind gusts up to 50. Potential exists for a lot of white chit depending on the storm track. Too effin early.:( o_O

How much of a pain was it to get out? I thought about pulling mine but got lazy and hit it with the air compressor instead. I'd have to pull my cold air return duct and return box to get to it.

It wasn't to bad. The biggest pain is the last screw. The blower is in a mounting bracket, if you leave it in the bracket, it's almost impossible to get out.

It's just 4 of those little square headed screws and then disconnect the 3 wires. If you remove it from the bracket (I advise) then yiu will need to remove the four 7/16" nuts up in the very back wall of the stove.

It is a serviceable unit (oil), so I advise dropping a few drops down the holes anyway. You will need a long oiler hose to reach the inside. I bought a bottle and filled it with 3-in-1.

That last booger of a screw (the 4 to remove bracket is located where the exhaust manifold is.. Pain in the butt!!
    Screwdriver is pointing at hole..

The real question is when putting it back together and deciding if that screw is REALLY needed :zip:
