That one in front might be a doberman.

I'd like to see if they will come to me, my husband already tried, will see if I can get out the house later. Breaks my heart, our llamas got loose once and got a few miles away, they saw my husband looking for them in the old Blazer and ran as fast as they could to him. These goats are obviously looking for someone too.:(:picard:

Grab a small bag of goat food and put it out for 'em. Use a small handful to see if they'll come to you.
I've never seen a doberman goat. That would be weird.
Don't let 'em fool ya', they're strong as hellz, and the hooves will hurt you. The male may try to butt.
Ours bonded strongly to my wife, and would follow her all over.

sheesh havent drove in a long time! I tried to lure them with a leash and goldfish crackers :loco: ....she really wanted to come with me but he would not let her. Why are his horns duct taped? Her ears are missing, heart breaking. Called the sheriff (no animal control here..., sheriffs wear many hats.)

What might one have around the house that goats like? no goat food on hand... I have apples and lettuce. Veggies are canned or frozen. Sweets?

That was my wife's thing, but take 'em all with you.
We fed 'em hay and goat food pellets.
I wonder if someone wasn't using them as bait or something?

There are earless goat breeds. Weird, I know.

Anything! Some years back we had one of our goats come in through the dog door. We were outside. We came in to find her on the dining room table munching on some papers that were laying there.

Any type of dried grain is like candy to a goat.

Going to raid my husbands kit-kat chocolate bars stash, pack up other stuff and go look again. Maybe sheriff is out here by now.

I went back out, did not see the goats nor sheriff. Will try again tomorrow, DH says they have been wandering and approaching vehicles all week. Talked to all the neighbors and the goats do not belong to anyone here. (small community)

Hmmm. Caring you are Goat Whisperer. Do you have a shelter and the means to care for these goats if you do get them to come home with you?
